It is notably known
that we are a
diverse species.
Each one
experience and live
life originally and
individually,
although obviously
our development as
individuals depends
upon, and it is
inevitably
influenced by
society, from our
tiny family circle
to the whole system
of countries and
continents.
From an evolutionary
perspective, the
importance of
diversity has been
described in terms
of how this makes
our species' immune
system stronger and
able to combat
diseases, mutations,
and aberrations that
occur involuntarily
and perhaps is
mother nature's
control mechanism to
maintain
equilibrium. On the
other hand,
considering a more
"humane" vision,
diversity allows the
emergence of
innovation and
creativity as this
may facilitate
progress. More
specifically, if you
accept that each one
of us may see the
world different, you
basically understand
that each individual
may possess an
infinite number of
ideas that differ
from the ones each
other person has in
his brain. From this
point, more and more
ideas are likely to
be produced when,
for example, our
population expands,
or simply when a
given issue that is
being analyzed by a
group of thinkers
find one of them
presenting an
explanation
completely foreign
to how the rest of
the group
understands that
issue.
And countless
efforts have been
made to bring on
methods in which our
economic system
considers everyone's
productive capacity
as a potential
resource that will
keep a country's
productive machinery
when all the members
of that country are
being utilized.
To this date, no
government or
politician has
clearly applied, or
even spoken of the
advantage of
inclusiveness.
Examples
of how
inclusion
has
naturally
emerged
from
evolution
is seen
in many
areas of
real
life.
For

in

we learn
how

number
of
investigations.
In
modern
times we
noticed
the need
to
consolidate
all this
investigations
that
provide
science
with
details
and
specific
findings,
but that
in one
way or
another
lacked
what
somebody
else's
investigation
contained.
Thus, it
is
obvious
how the
conversion
of the
forces
allows
one to
have
more
power,
and
allows
society
extract
more
juice
out of
its
effort.

essential is to our

everybody's art,

excludes the concept
of tolerance and
consolidates that of

brotherhood/sisterhood,
when in practice we

to benefit all of

this growth or, if
you prefer this
